About Me

My name is Tarrant, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 19 years of experience working with individuals after life happens. Our lives are so unpredictable and at times, things happen in our homes, school, relationships, even on the job that cause us to feel, think and act different. I enjoy the experience of guiding individuals back to a safe and functional place after life happens. I pride myself on my ability to reach those who are only focusing on the issue or predicament they are currently experiencing and the person who they want to be may be lost in the confusion. One of my first goals in therapy is to look past the predicament to find person who wants to change and improve their quality of life. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is one of genuineness, understanding, empathy and warmth. My approach combines client centered and cognitive-behavioral counseling. I will tailor our sessions and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.

My perception is the high need individual/family has the opportunity for an extraordinary change.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
