Dr. Coneybeer has 20 plus years of experience in working with couples from a system's perspective. Couple's learn to listen to each other. Each participants is assessed individually to rule out any addiction or mental health issues that may be interfering with the couple's health and relationship. If a couple has the orientation of wanting to stay together, they will usually see marked improvement in 3-4 months. Paradigms used but not limited to, are communication training, solution oriented, strength based and cognitive behavioral therapies.
