Please note: My live session availability is limited right now. Although I do have live session slots they are on a first come first serve basis and tend to go quickly. If you are someone who wants frequent live sessions versus messaging based, I may not have the right availability for you at this time. A lot of work will be done over messaging at this time mixed with first come first serve live sessions. New live sessions are posted every Monday at 7 AM and people are constantly cancelling and rescheduling. I encourage you to make an appointment for when you can and keep checking back to see if you can move your appointment up.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse.
