Hi, I'm married and mother of 5, with 3 grandchildren and 2 on the way! I specialize in couples counseling, children, adolescents, individuals and addictions. I believe that we all have a journey to take and sometimes having someone to help along the way gets us motivated for change. I believe you have what it takes to make a happy and productive life and I'm just here to help you find it! Call me if you don't want to be judged, but want to work together to reach your happiness!
Play therapy helps children with life's challenges. I help them feel safe so they can tell how they feel without being judged. I help parents learn this too. Sometimes a few small changes are all it takes to make a huge difference in the life of a child.
I am now offering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. This therapy does not involve any riding, but is all done on the ground. Watching people work through their issues with the horses has been amazing!
