Very kind and attentive to the needs of everyone in the group, not just individuals. Beings expertise as well as experience and isn't afraid of sharing portions of her own experiences which is highly valued.
At first, I wasn’t interested in going to therapy because I thought I would be frowned upon but I don’t regret it at all. Shelly is very understandable and she relates to her patients. She feels more like a friend than a counselor.
