I've been doing therapy for over 10 years, helping various needs. I'm a licensed LMFT that has assisted children, teens, and families in learning new skills to manage, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, build confidence, self esteem building, transgender issues, and various other situations. It's a joy to walk help people within their search for healing, insight, and empowerment. I've assisted in improving communication, through learning and building relationship skills, decreasing anxiety, and depression. Sometimes it is hard to access the inner guide we have due to outside influences, fear, doubt, or from being out of alignment. Asking for help is one of the hardest things you can do, but can be very rewarding. As a therapist, I strive to help you connect to your authentic self in order to help you have more for filling experiences on your life journey. I applaud your courage for taking the first steps towards positive change through therapy. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Sharlese understood our issues right off the bat and offered clear, easy ways for us to start addressing things immediately. Highly recommend!
Sharlese listens and provides valuable useful tools.
Sharlese understand the complexity of relationship issues. Her caring and wonderful demeanor builds trust. Her thoughtful questions guide you through the difficulties.
This is my second time working with Sharlese. I am very comfortable with her as a counselor and I appreciate her alot for taking the time out in assisting me.
Sharlese is calm and understanding. She says what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear and makes you think long and hard after the call is done.
Ms. Sharlese is fair and clear. She listens to both sides and offers great examples and homework geared towards the individual needs and specific understandings. Ms. Sharlese is constructive and is clear on social dynamic understanding of our multicultural society and recognize differences and possibly misunderstandings. I think Ms. Sharlese is highly qualified and I would recommend her to my friends, family and professionals for her services.
Sharlese is a great counselor who understands different couple’s unique circumstances and dynamics and responds with well thought out points to consider and information that help give a different perspective, as well as validates and addresses all feelings and concerns.
Thanks for listening to my thoughts, it floods a lot and it's nice to write it out and have a responses that are educated and informed.
