I am licensed in California and have three years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & bipolar disorder. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. I also offer faith-based therapy for those wanting to incorporate their spiritual beliefs in recovery.
