Do you and you partner enjoy each other's company, time and love for one another and other commonalities? Despite the common ground are you struggling to solve problems, to listen and understand one another? Are you worried that this may be the end of your relationship? Are you telling one another more often than not that you want a divorce? Are you worried that if changes are not made you will divorce, separate or break up? Research shows, that up to 69% of conflict in a long term relationship may not ever be resolved. In other words the current problem you are fighting about well likely be the same problem in 5 years. However, this is encouraging to know because you and your partner are (statistically) normal It is also the fact that while you are having the same argument over and over it does not necessarily mean it is a sign that your relationship is doomed. It may actually be a sign that your relationship has a hope.
How could I help you? I can give you strategies for working together and communicating more effectively so that you can get back to enjoying each other. I can help you choose kindness. Choose humor. Most importantly, choose perspective. I can help you listen to understand and to validate one another even when you do not agree. I can teach you ways to compromise without losing your own needs and desires in the midst of compromise. We will explore your love maps and I help you gain insight into how those impact your relationship. We will explore and identify the Four Horseman in your relationship and I will help you learn how to overcome and avoid them in the future. I will help you accept that mistakes are normal. Arguments will happen - it is about the repair after the fight that matters.

Rebeccas has been very helpful with advice in my relationship. My spouse and I don't always agree and we both seem to get into heated discussions. She's not afraid to tell me when I'm wrong, which I respect. But she also supports me and gives advice on what to do when I am right. She is very encouraging and supportive. Thanks Rebecca!
Rebecca is amazing! She the asks questions that require us to stop and rethink the way we look at situations.
