About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 6 years experience I received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Psychology from Charleston Southern University. For the past several years, I have focused on clients who struggle with addiction. My graduate studies emphasized treating couples and families. For premarital and marital counseling, I use material developed by John Gottman. I believe marriage our most intimate relationship built on trust, understanding, and unconditional acceptance. Many marriages fail because communication between partners has stopped. My goal is to help you fall in love again and teach you the tools necessary to keep your marriage thriving and fulfilling.

I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the counselor , having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life and work in a systematic fashion toward realizing those goals.

Seeking help from a counselor is never a decision you make lightly. I respect you decision and honor your courage in taking this step.
I take my career very seriously. My goal is to help you live the life you want in a happy and healthy environment. I can't wait to meet you and to help you be the person you always wanted to be.
Thanks

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Randolph Schweinberg II. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.

The session was very effective!!

Randolph has been such a blessing to my fiance and I! We've only had a few sessions so far and already we have made so much progress. He has helped us to communicate far better, stop blaming one another for things, and most importantly he's helped us to gain "fair fighting rules". He's provided us with an outline to avoid the big blowups and instead figure out what our point is, and how to get that point across in a healthy manner. I am so hopeful for our future with the guidance of Randolph. I came into this with an unsure feeling. My mother and sister are therapists so I tend to have these expectations going in. Randolph shut all of those unsure feelings and expectations upon our first session. It was clear from the get go that not only did he truly know his stuff, but that he is passionate about what he does in helping couples to find their way. We are both SO VERY GRATEFUL!

It has been a real joy to work with Randolph. He offers a kind, nonjudgmental perspective that is really beneficial for getting at the core of what we’re trying to achieve. He listens to and not just hears what we are saying.

Work with me!
