About Me

I am a Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working as a Counselor. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, anger management, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and PTSD.
My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating my clients with empathy, respect, compassion, cultural sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, dialectical-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and rational-emotive therapy. I will address an individual’s need and develop a treatment plan to meet one’s unique and specific need.
It takes courage to seek help and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to facilitate, support, and empower you.

I didn’t know how virtual counseling was going to go for me but Pratibha made it easy to get used to. She’s relatable, personable, and listens to what I’m saying. I appreciate the way she engages my sharing.
