Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paul Teska. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
When my partner and I started these sessions three months ago , our relationship was at a very rocky stage but thankfully Paul was there to help guide us to where we are today. Paul was really helpful in the way he spoke to both of us during the first few sessions and it really helped us mend our connection to one another. As we went over the next couple months Paul could see the progress being made and was always there to reassure us both that we were on the right path. He was very impartial during our sessions and got us both to think about what each other needs rather than just telling us. This was a really helpful way of teaching us how to act towards each other. I would definitely recommend Paul to any couple who are in a similar situation and need help reconnecting to one another.
Paul is a kind, caring and passionate therapist who genuinely cares about your progress. He has been brilliant at explaining things in a different way to both me and my partner, allowing us to understand each other better. We have left each sessions feeling positive, motivated and most importantly connected. Paul had been very helpful and understanding throughout and I would 100% recommend him for any couples who are struggling to communicate or feel connected to one another.
When my fiancé and I started working with Paul we had many issues both personal and with our relationship. Paul was an excellent resource for advice to balance our relationship and set us in a positive direction. He listened to our difficulties and gave gentle suggestions with an impartial feeling. He showed a lot of prescience with understanding our true feelings and helping us to communicate them to each other in a constructive way. We are very grateful for the help he’s given us and will use the lessons for many years to come.
