These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paul Mefford. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
Paul is a very compassionate, insightful therapist and especially good at helping open up about the issues that were quite hard to discuss but the most important part of him is that he's non-judgmental, He's a very passionate and marvellous person and during his sessions, he listened to everything patiently and professionally. He guided me pretty well about the situation and made me see what matters the most and what's not. I do recommend him as he's very helpful when it comes to solving any kind of problem concerning the relationship.
Paul Mefford is a wonderful therapist. He is wise, kind, respectful, and professional. During his sessions, he is very engaging and listens keenly. A great person and therapist.
Paul is a gentle, empathetic, and knowledgeable couples’ therapist and I’m so glad we can benefit from his guidance.
Paul is a very compassionate, funny, and insightful therapist. He's especially good at helping men open up and talk about their feelings and he does so in a gentle, non-judgmental way. He also often has great tips and resources for us to further our exploration into healing outside of sessions. You are in good hands for sure with Paul.
Paul is the best therapist I have ever had. He has been so helpful to me and my partner through a difficult time in our relationship. He is the best third-party we could have asked for to help guide us and mediate between the two of us especially when things are difficult for us to explain and/or talk through calmly. Paul brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Not only does Paul feel like someone we have known for a long time, but also feels like a friend. We feel very blessed that Paul has entered our lives. If you are looking for someone who shows up wholly and genuinely as they are, Paul is the therapist for you.
Paul is very helpful
Paul has been very helpful to my husband and I. He has a very calm demeanor that both of us find easy to work with! We would highly recommend him!
I couldn’t have wished for a better person to guide us through our relationship issues. Within couple of session we started to deal with our issues in a completely different method than before. He listened to us endlessly and made us realise the importance of one another.
