About me

Hello,
I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have been counseling individuals, couples, and families for many years. I am also a doctoral student of Biblical Leadership Studies. I have a diverse background working with individuals who have experienced traumatic situations, premarital counseling, marital counseling, and individuals who have difficulty socially. I have worked effectively with schools, youth in foster care and adoption, adults from various backgrounds and situations. My specialty includes depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief and loss, domestic and emotional abuse, as well as significant life transitions.

My counseling style is warm and engaging, respectful, person sensitive, and compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused counseling in an atmosphere that invites a trusting rapport. My goal is to assist you in realizing and reaching your goals with self-confidence.
