I have spent over 20 years in social services working with trauma, family issues and substance abuse.

My specialties are emotional, sexual and physical abuse, couples and veterans. I also have life coaching classes with concentrations in divorce, death, stress, parenting (co-parents and blended families).
I love what I do! This is not just a career. It is a passion to see others flourish in life despite life’s pitfalls and disappointments. I love to inspire and motivate clients for the change they desire.
