About Me

Hello! My name is Natalie Grabowski. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in the state of Ohio. I gained my Master’s of Arts in Counseling from John Carroll University and my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University, both located in Ohio.

I have been in the helping profession for over four years, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with a wide variety of issues in relationships, including but not limited to infidelity, substance abuse, communication difficulties, and parenting conflicts. My experience comes from various schools of thoughts, through a multicultural lens, including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused treatment, and strengths-based approach.

My approach is that of a guide, helping you achieve your goals in the best possible way for you and your partner. Using empathy, active listening, and increasing insight into the nature of the issues, my hope is that we can work together to ease any struggles you may have. Goal-setting, recognizing triggers, increasing coping skills, empowerment, and increasing effective communication are some of the tools that we will use to help you achieve your goals.

Everyone deserves the right to be happy. Let me guide you through your struggles to help you achieve the best you possible.

Natalie gives great advice and is very helpful. She tells me when I might do things wrong and how I can repair those actions and I love that. I have a lot to work on and I think she’ll be able to help me get to where I need to be as a partner.
