About me
I have been a counselor/therapist for over 25 years in Pennsylvania. I have also been a relationship mediator for 10+ years. I find that the number one problem with intimate couples is poor communication. People think "I am speaking clearly to my partner, but that person is not really hearing me. I need something from them and they are not helping me." Perhaps you need someone with over 25 years of couples counseling to help you make this time different. My counseling style is interactive, empathetic, and warm. It is my belief that listening is the key to success in a therapeutic relationship and every client that I serve will feel heard. Being treated with dignity, respect and compassion are also the tenets that I abide by and will display that in every interaction and intervention. My approach combines strengths therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy to ensure that the highest level of outcome is achieved as outlined by a treatment plan that will be tailored to your needs.
