About Me

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read my profile and for seeking help as you and your spouse progress through this time in your life. A little about me, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana and Illinois. I have 6 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with many different couples with many different concerns. I have helped couples compromise to increase their happiness within their relationships.

My hope is for every individual within couples sessions to feel heard and welcomed. My style is warm and questioning. I tend to help couples take a step back from their current stressors to work individually and together to be successful. My approach is cognitive behavioral with reality and solution focused therapy. I will work with the clients to tailor services to their needs.

Monique has been personable while staying professional. She listens and allows us to speak, and gives us insight on our behaviors and how to adjust them

Monique is myn2nd counselor. I really feel.like we are connecting. She knows my goals and vision. It also doesn't feel like she's one sided. Im grateful for my journey.
