Meghan is so good at getting to the root of a problem and suggesting workable, simple solutions. I can’t recommend her enough!

Meghan is so relatable. She has helped us so much over the last few months. She helps to hold us accountable while also helping us learn both coping strategies as well as sources of the conflict or issue.

Megan gave me a lot of options for being seen. She recognized that even though I signed up to be seen with my husband that I had been through a lot of trauma and Vit may be beneficial for me to think about some individual counseling. That was the best decision! She clearly is always thinking of my best interest and makes it very easy to be vulnerable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling and and need clear direction and help with putting things together to better understand yourself and your reactions!
