Dr. Marlo D. Mathis, a Nationally Certified & Licensed Professional Counselor and an ordained minister. Dr. Mathis enjoys working with children, families, and couples. She has a BBA degree from the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. She also graduated from Emory University Candler School of Theology and received a Master of Divinity (MDIV) degree; Masters of Community Counseling from Argosy University in 2012 and a Doctorate of Ministry (DMIN) in 12/2015 in the area of Mental Health with a dissertation topic “Mental Health and Wholeness, A Theological and Psychological Framework for Supporting Mental Health in the Black Church.
