My name is Lyn Rairdon and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Science from Bryn Mawr College. I have experience working at inpatient and outpatient facilities, as well as in higher education counseling services. I have experience working with couples, to help strengthen their relationship. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach combining Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Interpersonal, Family Therapies, and Motivational Interviewing. This allows the space to explore current issues, past influences, and future implications. Areas of specialty include, depression, anxiety, relationship/dating issues, family conflict, trauma, bipolar disorder, life transitions, stress, and body image and self esteem issues.
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Entering into therapy can be very overwhelming and scary. I hope to make your experience satisfying, while providing a sense of safety and security.

Here's the thing... I've had a lot of therapists in my time and Lyn is one of the best I've ever come across.
She is exceptional at what she does. She is attentive and supportive as we navigate topics that we have struggled for years to work through and we have made so much progress so quickly.
She is great at asking the right questions and providing insight when we need it. She also does a great job of encouraging us to work out our problems as a team. I'm really happy that we got paired with Lyn.
Lyn has been great working with my partner and I. Both of us feel as if she has our best interests at heart and that she actively engages us to work through our issues. She's fun to talk to and wee are almost always eager for our sessions (even though it means some intense work and hard questions).
Lyn is wonderful. She listens, doesn’t judge, and is easy to open up to. I can trust that she offers unbiased support to both my partner and I in individual and couple sessions. She has already made a big difference in our relationship in just 2 weeks.
