Lori Stalcar

About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Lori Stalcar and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Master's of Science degree in Professional Counseling. I am licensed in Colorado. I am excited to work with couples and explore some of the things that stimulate and challenge them. I have provided counseling to couples for 5 years and I am dedicated to meeting the needs of the couples I work with and helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Working with couples is a team approach, each person has their say in the matter and deserves to be heard and validated. Another important aspect when working with couples is to ensure each party is allowed to respond individually to what the other is saying and that no one person in the couple is treated differently than the other.

Over the past 13 years, I have obtained experience in several different areas of counseling. I am a proponent of strengths based and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies. Together we will develop an individualized approach that works best for you! I am here to listen and support you through this journey.
