"The lost home that we are seeking is ourselves; It is the story we carry within our soul." -Michael Meade
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington who holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. I have over 20 years experience in the field and have worked with peoples at agencies, hospitals, schools, shelters and residential facilities. I am a strength-based, Person-Centered and psychodynamic psychologist who uses creative arts, narrative and didactic approaches to help you and your partner connect and express what is most important to you both as individuals and as a couple.
I see couples therapy as a gateway to strengthening our authentic selves through healing, learning, acceptance and growth. It is often difficult to walk the path both as an individual and as part of a couple. Often our authenticity can get lost or diminished through competing priorities, unmet or unspoken agendas, festering resentments and bitter regrets. The truth is none of us are perfect. We are all doing the best we can. And sometimes, we need help to come back together stronger and with agreed upon intentions. Our work together will address barriers to intimacy and building back your relationship to one another and with yourselves.
I look forward to working with you both.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Lisa Roth. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
Dr. Roth has allowed us to see each other’s point of views. She is always here to help and provides us with affective practices to strengthen our relationship.
Dr. Roth is the best. She listens, she understands and offers great exercises and feedback. I feel like she has both mine and my husbands best interests at heart.
Dr roth is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have struggled to find a therapist we both enjoyed and that we felt was listening to both of us and both of our needs. I can’t say enough good things about her.
