I have provided therapy and social-emotional training for over 10 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I have assisted adults, and families in learning to develop appropriate coping skills to manage, communication problems, depression, stress, anger and, poor boundaries.
It is not always easy to admit that one may need help with navigating issues in life. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space for you to do your personal work of regaining your desired balance in life.
