About me
Hello! I’m Lindsay, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut with over 11 years of experience and a proud UCONN alum. If you’re navigating the difficult process of regaining stability after experiencing life's losses, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, trauma, and more, I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you rebuild and thrive.
In our sessions, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space where your voice truly matters. My goal is to help you reclaim your strength and “BECOME” the best version of yourself, inspired by Maya Angelou’s belief in thriving with passion, compassion, and humor. Remember, "It's not the loss that defines you, but the strength you find to reclaim what's been taken."
Let’s embark on this journey together and discover your path to renewed growth and self-discovery.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lindsay Brathwaite. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
So far great
We enjoy Lindsay and her advice. We have a long journey ahead of us, but we trust her.
Lindsay is a great therapist. I admit i had pre meeting butterflies that she was able to move me past in the first few minutes. I feel my relationship with our therapist is beneficial to my wellbeing and believe its definitely going to strengthen my marriage.
We have only had one meeting so far but have been very pleased. Looking forward to continuing to work with her. Thanks
Easy to talk to, a good listener and understanding. Makes a very comfortable atmosphere.
