So, you're looking for a therapist and not sure how to choose among all the excellent therapists ReGain has to offer? It IS important to have a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and who has expertise in the areas of concern that have brought you to this site. Am I the right therapist for you? Maybe. I am not the leader of your journey - I just point you in the right direction and give you support along the way. My work style is relaxed and informal. The pace is set by my patients as they feel comfortable and come to trust me. If you think I might be the right therapist for you, I look forward to getting to know you.

Linda asked me pointed questions, that allowed me to understand what I was feeling.
Very attentive and knowledgeable. Very fair to both of us and we are seeing great progress
Just after a few weeks in therapy with Linda our lives have changed tremendously..She shed light on issues that we never knew existed. She's opened up new ways of communication for me and my husband and helping us to see that there's other options than divorce or separation...She listens, she's compassionate and will tell you the truth she's very easy to feel safe with I thought that would be my struggle but it was the total opposite I felt safe the very first encounter..So i would STRONGLY reccomend her anyday !!
