Kris is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She listens, she’s available, she’s motivated to help me improve my life comprehensively, and most importantly, SHE LISTENS TO ME AND SHE GETS ME.
My issues are comprehensive, as I am a high functioning anxious codependent individual. I am complicated, and my thoughts get the best of me.
Kris, helps sort through ALL of my thoughts with patience and understanding. She allows me to feel HEARD, and that is the best feeling by far to me.
I hope we are eventually successful at our goals, but I'm on team Kris for the win!
Bless you, Kris, and all of your wild life experiences. They have granted you sage-like wisdom to help my damaged inner child and damaged relationship!
My wife and I engaged Kristine Mitchell for help reconnecting with the closeness and intimacy we had earlier in our marriage. In just two sessions she gave us suggestions - which we implemented - that helped tremendously. It was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Kristine!
