About Me

In my years of experience, I have enjoyed helping couples regain trust and connection in order to have a more fulfilling relationship. In my work with couples I assist them in identifying the problems in the relationship as well as finding ways to shift behaviors to allow for increased communication and problem solving that increases your sense of togetherness. Couples can begin to heal when they can see that it is not just HIS problem or HER problem, but OUR problems; finding ways that each person over-reacts or under-reacts that sets patterns of behavior in motion that are self-defeating and defeating to the relationship. Let's work together to identify these patterns and work out a plan together to encourage increased assertive communication, increased feelings of intimacy and increased feelings of trust.
