About Me

Kris R. Foote, Ph.D., L.C.S.W., is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering services to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. She has a vast array of clinical interests and experiences; however, her specializations are in geriatric issues, children's issues, depression, life coaching, and stress management. In her practice, Kris has two goals: to provide developmentally appropriate and high-quality differentiated care for all and to be an equal partner in assisting individuals to pursue care.

Kris has provided relationship focused and/or couples counseling to couples. Each party is held accountable for their role in the relationship. Homework is always assigned.

Kris feels her happiness resulted from seeking and finding a way to serve others in society. Through this journey, her career path and natural listening skills, she was called to mental and behavioral health care.

Dr. Foote truly listens. She makes it a point to equally involve both members of the relationship a part of the session. She assigns homework that is introspective in nature. She is very knowledgeable and it is clear that she has dedicated time to researching effective therapy methods. I consider it a blessing that we have found her!
