For the past twenty-five years I have made my career by helping people.
Helping people is my passion.
Helping people help themselves is my joy.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Education, NJ State Licensing as a Professional Counselor, Certifications as an Integrated Wellness and Life Coach, Divorce Coach, Divorce Mediator, and numerous other certifications in the fields of counseling, coaching and education as well as over two and a half decades of experience, I still love what I do – empowering people to reach their full potential.
My varied experience has always led me to helping people -individually and as a couple- understand and manage their emotions. I am empathetic and supportive, non-judgmental and intuitive. I help people recognize their personal strengths and draw upon their resiliency especially when dealing with challenges and obstacles. I help clients stay grounded, focused and in control during difficult times. I support individuals and couples in clarifying their thoughts for improved communication and greater confidence. In addition, I assist people in reducing stress, anxiety and uncertainty in multiple areas including relationship issues, family and parenting concerns and career options.
Recently, in response to a growing number of clients impacted by divorce, as well as going through my own very painful divorce and associated transitions, I became a Certified Divorce Coach. I have expanded my practice to meet the unique needs of individuals experiencing the dissolution of their marriage. I specialize in working with stay at home moms dealing with divorce. I assist individuals in all phases of transition manage the overwhelm and gain clarity to make the best possible decisions with no regrets.
I look forward to working together.

Kim has been great. She knows what questions to ask to help us talk through our current issues. If a friend asked for help on his/her relationship I would recommend Kim firstly and Regain secondly.
