About me
Hello! My name is Kimberly. I have a Masters degree from Barry University in Miami, FL and currently residing in Massachusetts. I have 10-years of clinical experience working with young men in the juvenile justice system, offering family counseling in the foster care and individual therapy for children and teens. In addition, I have worked in a hospital setting, providing brief solution focused therapy to all ages. I specialize in solution-focused therapy, most helpful to individuals seeking an immediate skills based approach that can be used in real time.
Couples therapy can be a stepping stone over troubled waters, guiding in the direction of restoring safety and familiarity in the relationship. This is an opportunity to sort things out and look at all moving parts from the other person's point of view. I focus on addressing what the couple wants to change and figuring out the steps needed to get there. I can appreciate how difficult this work can be and will work with both of you in prioritizing your goals and skills building that can be used immediately while working on personal distress tolerance.

We have had about five sessions so far and we have had an amazing improvement in our relationship and with ourselves . Kimberly understands our needs, she is warm and engaging and she gives us advice and homework that’s really been helping.
Kimberly has been extremely helpful in navigating some of our marital difficulties. She is empathic, non-judgmental, and great at generating productive conversation. I would recommend her to anyone seeking help.

Kimberly is thoughtful and insightful.
We’ve had a couple of sessions with Kim and so far it is going well. I think she gets the issues my boyfriend and I are trying to work through and she has given us a couple of good exercises to try and work through some of the issues.
