I am a licensed mental health and substance use disorder clinician. I have been working in the field of human services since 1998. I have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness, addictions, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, life changes, grief and loss, personality disorders, legal and criminal issues, and child protective services involvement.
I believe that every individual deserves respect and consideration for their respective problems and issues. There is no simple answer to the problems in life. What matters most is how we manage the problems by learning coping skills and empowering ourselves.
I learned evidence-based treatment approaches and use strategies and interventions based on what you present with and what you seek to accomplish.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberly Rose. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Kimberly is patient, kind, and a good listener. We just began our sessions with her so it is early in the process but I am already seeing progress.
She is very good at listening to people and giving new ways to cope and new way to think about how to react or how to control your feelings better I really enjoy having my therapist. She helps me deal with my brain lol hahahahha
She always seems to ask relevant questions which are also challenging
Kimberly pushes us to challenge our limiting beliefs and always does so in a kind and empathetic way. She has always been incredibly patient and very supportive of both my partner and I. Working with her has helped us improve our communication - which has helped us immensely in navigating life's challenges together.
Kim has been there for us when it felt like things were hopeless. She’s helped us grow within and as a couple. I’ve never met a counselor who uses no judgement and reminds us of our values and challenges us to release negative emotions. She’s amazing.
She is very good and listen to you, also provide a lot of tools
Kim is so helpful and so kind and understanding. She offers us insight and has provided us with many tools and worksheets to help improve our communication and relationship between my husband and I and ourselves as individuals. We are so happy we’ve found her and are appreciative of her services and insight while we navigate getting out of a hard place during a stressful time.
We have met weekly with Kim for around 7 months, and are so thankful for her insight and help. We have learned so many skills and tools from her, and are in a much more aware and healthy place both as individuals and in our relationship. We couldn't have asked for a better therapist. She is a great listener, and asks great thought-provoking questions. We have greatly enjoyed and benefited from our sessions.
Kimberly was an excellent counselor for my partner and I. She made us each feel heard and respected.
We’ve only shared a few sessions but so far I feel heard/seen/valued and understood by Dr.Kim. We are working on balancing life and she is great at being a relationship referee.
Kimberly is deeply insightful, kind and understanding. she has a great way of navigating couple dynamics where both of us feel safe, heard and supported. I'm grateful for her perspective and sensitivity.
Kim has been an excellent therapist for my husband and I. She listens well and is very knowledgeable. She challenges us and has helped us to develop better communication skills (a work in progress!). Kim is kind, attentive and very good at what she does.
In such uncertain times like this world is in, it's very important to not lose one's self. This has been a godsend for me. Whether you are feeling a bit off or just need to be able to be acknowledged. Being heard by someone that is non biased has been so helpful to me. I highly recommend this program. This program is suited to the patients needs first & for most. I've been very satisfied with the variety of the different types of therapy offered. The therapist is tailored to the patients needs. It's not one size fits ALL.
Kimberley was a wonderful therapist to help my partner and I navigate through a tough part of our relationship. Our sessions helped us open up to each other, and she fostered a good sense of healthy communication between the two of us. I would recommend her to any couples looking for a very helpful third party outsider.
Kim is a great therapist and I have recommended her to one individual and also a couple as well. Kim has been pivotal in the process and facilitation of the positive progress in our marriage, and all that that process encompasses. I highly recommend Kim as a personal, family, and marriage counselor.
Thank you for all your time and effort!

Kimberley takes her time to listen. I have only had two sessions but so far, so good.
Kim is a wonderful listener, caring and interested. She has been a huge help as a couples counselor. She facilitates both of our feelings, personalities, and approaches with ease and expertise. We feel and notice her work outside of our sessions and I think that is a sign of a great practioner.
Kimberly is great at listening and helping my partner and I come up with strategies for Communicating and problem solving.
