About me
I am a licensed mental health and substance use disorder clinician. I have been working in the field of human services since 1998. I have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness, addictions, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, life changes, grief and loss, personality disorders, legal and criminal issues, and child protective services involvement.
I believe that every individual deserves respect and consideration for their respective problems and issues. There is no simple answer to the problems in life. What matters most is how we manage the problems by learning coping skills and empowering ourselves.
I learned evidence-based treatment approaches and use strategies and interventions based on what you present with and what you seek to accomplish.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kimberly Rose. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
In such uncertain times like this world is in, it's very important to not lose one's self. This has been a godsend for me. Whether you are feeling a bit off or just need to be able to be acknowledged. Being heard by someone that is non biased has been so helpful to me. I highly recommend this program. This program is suited to the patients needs first & for most. I've been very satisfied with the variety of the different types of therapy offered. The therapist is tailored to the patients needs. It's not one size fits ALL.
Kimberley was a wonderful therapist to help my partner and I navigate through a tough part of our relationship. Our sessions helped us open up to each other, and she fostered a good sense of healthy communication between the two of us. I would recommend her to any couples looking for a very helpful third party outsider.
Kim is a great therapist and I have recommended her to one individual and also a couple as well. Kim has been pivotal in the process and facilitation of the positive progress in our marriage, and all that that process encompasses. I highly recommend Kim as a personal, family, and marriage counselor.
Thank you for all your time and effort!

Kim has been great with helping us in our relationship.
Kimberley takes her time to listen. I have only had two sessions but so far, so good.
Kim is a wonderful listener, caring and interested. She has been a huge help as a couples counselor. She facilitates both of our feelings, personalities, and approaches with ease and expertise. We feel and notice her work outside of our sessions and I think that is a sign of a great practioner.
Kimberly is great at listening and helping my partner and I come up with strategies for Communicating and problem solving.
