About me
I am the youngest of 12 children. Growing up in such a large family, there were lots of different personalities! Often times I found myself wondering how we were all raised in the same household yet our experiences and worldviews were so vastly different.
For this reason, I was drawn to psychology. I received my bachelor’s degree from Troy University and Masters from Liberty University. During my career as a licensed mental health counselor I have facilitated alcohol and drug addiction groups, parenting, sexual offenders, domestic violence victims and adolescent groups. I also have experience with individual and couples therapy. I have been married (successfully) for 23 years. I have experienced the highs and lows of marriage. Marriage is not easy, but I believe it is worth fighting for.
My desire is for my clients to experience fulfilling and abundant lives. The goal is to assist them to live their absolute best lives without fear or self-imposed limitations. Step into your destiny and live the life intended!!!

Katrina is an understanding, caring, and thoughtful listener, whose gentle yet powerful words of wisdom never fail to point us in the right direction. My partner and I did not know what to expect, going into therapy, but it was the best decision we made for ourselves. We are very appreciative of her encouragement and reminders, as well as all the necessary thought-provoking questions! She helped and taught me how to manage my anxiety, grief, anger, confusion, and hurt. We have grown a lot, since our sessions with her.

Katrina was really easy to talk to and very understanding. She was able to help us so much even after just one session.
Katrina is the best! I am new to counseling and Regain. I tried two other counselors and I felt rejected and lost in this process. Good thing I reached out to the support email because that’s when they paired me with Katrina. If you want someone Professional and down to earth equally, some one who is going to listen and knows how to give advice. Who cares so much to make sure the client is checked on daily by sending nuggets of encouragement or just a message! She will respond so fast, you’ll think you’re her only client. Katrina is gently enough to deal with the woman but strong enough to handle the man( in couple’s counseling) I’ve only been her client for a week 1/2, she made it so comfortable being new to this, you would think she was a friend! I couldn’t ask for more in a counselor! Regain, well done added her to your program. I would’ve canceled had it not been for me connecting with her. Lastly, even though she doesn’t work for Regain, she helped me maneuver through their app! I can go on and on... In the simplest form KATRINA IS GREAT
