About Me

Thank you for reaching out! I am Justin(He-Him), and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for the last 6 years and have worked with people from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles.
I view therapy as a collaborative/ interactive process that focuses on your needs. Some of the techniques utilized in my practice but are not limited to include: Narrative Therapy, Solutioned Focused Therapy, Family System Theory, and Motivational interviewing. Modalities that will be used will be respectful and mindful of the contextual factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion/ spirituality that are specific to you and your particular needs.
I focused on creating a space that is warm and welcoming is a priority of mine. I work to form a place of collaboration. In the end, I do not believe that people need to be fixed just need to learn the tools that are already available to you.
My practice is one of acceptance and judgment free. You do not need to be fixed, we will work together to rediscover the tools that you already have within you. I pride myself on being real, relatable and warm. With that in mind, therapy can be challenging and at times hard. That is a good place to go if you are willing and I am willing to join you there.

Justin is a great therapist who has helped my husband and I find healthy ways to communicate and learn from one another.
