The way we feel about ourselves is reflected in the relationships we choose to have. We can only display outside of ourselves, what we feel deep within. I can help you connect with the person you are, the entity you bring into your relationships. It is this being that may experience angst, frustration, discord and constant disconnect which cannot discord and disconnect in every aspect of your interpersonal relationships.
I can help you connect and befriend the person you are, the person you bring into all your relationships, knowingly or unknowingly. Once we make that connection, we can work together to bring that person forward to the outside world.

She is the best thing that happened to our marriage. She has such a big heart. Not judgmental at all which my wife and I really like about her. I would recommend her to anybody. She is such an amazing person!!!!!!!!
Judy is amazing. She helped my husband and I through a tough time last year and when we hit another bump, we knew exactly where to turn. Judy is patient and listens and seems to always find the words that my husband and I are struggling to communicate. She’s everything a counselor should be and seems to really have a gift for what she does. We love Judy!
Judy has been a helpful and personable therapist to work with.
It was only our first session but I truly feel she understood and explained each and every question we had .. Extremely happy with our experience with her so far can’t wait for the next session
I came to Judy with my partner for couples therapy. I have since stayed on with Judy for personal work. I really enjoy my bi-weekly appointments, which serve as a reminder for me to check in with myself and to reassess how I feel I’m doing. Our conversations are very comfortable and I leave every session with a slightly shifted perspective on how to observe my own habits and way of thinking.
Judy has been amazing! She gives real life examples and adds in her experiences. She’s very easy to talk to and it feels like we’re talking to a friend instead of the awkward client therapist “how does that make you feel?” Type of communication. My husband and I are actually starting to listen to what the other has to say instead of seeing who can talk louder. Judy has truly been amazing.
I really appreciate July staying in touch with me ....even as my husband and I are seeing another couples counselor. The contact makes me feel truly cared about and I can reassure her my severe depression has passed and we are marching forward into a better life.
She is great, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Judy has been amazing and we have the success of our marriage to show for it. So happy with this service!
Sessions with Judy have been extremely helpful.
Judy is very insightful and approachable. She makes it easy to open up and talk to her but also listens and talks about things in a relatable way. She doesn’t use jargon or I’ve never felt heavily question. Instead she makes each session feel as though it is almost a very effective ‘every day’ conversation. She has a great way of getting straight to the heart of an issue and helping to find solutions that really work for the situation.
