Hi! My name is Judi and I live in Nebraska! Yes, I am a true-blue Cornhusker no matter what! I have had two careers -- they are closely related. My first career was in Human Resources. I worked for several companies in HR and I also had my own business where I provided HR services for small companies on a temporary -- "as needed" -- basis. Then, I returned to college and earned my Master's Degree in Counseling. I thought I would use that degree to move into the field of Employee Relations. However, life took me in a different direction and I started a career in both substance abuse and mental health counseling. I have now been working in these areas for 23 years. I have worked in both outpatient and residential settings. I worked for the Drug Court for nine years as well. I have worked with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I have done a lot of work with corrections. I have facilitated group counseling sessions and I have been an MRT instructor. My approach is always to listen first and try to help my clients identify the real problem(s). With couples, I tend to focus on what is important to each person in the relationship and identify how the values of each person is in sync or in conflict with the other person’s values. We look for compromises when there are disagreements. It is important to acknowledge each person’s needs and respect each person as an individual. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you! Judi

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Judi Biniamow. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
I've appreciated Judi's approach to therapy. She always gives us plenty of material to go over outside of the therapy session which is great to have as a resource.
Judi is a kind and knowledgeable therapist that will ask the tough questions too. We also found the materials and guidance she shared as beneficial to our relationship.
Judi is an amazing therapist who has been such a blessing to my husband and me.
She’s great and has had a big impact on my life
Judi has been amazing to work with. From the very first session she has demonstrated her skill level and expertise and truly hears the messages that both individuals are saying. She is able to help shed light on situations and educate us which has helped us to try new things and shift our perspectives in the relationship. Judi offers a warm, compassionate, and gentle approach that provides a perfect environment to create change.
We love Judi so much! Perfect balance of empathy and no-nonsense truth-telling. She has helped us see ourselves and each other more clearly, and that has made a huge difference in our relationship.
Thank you for all that you do!
Judi has been a lifesaver. Always calm, direct, and a positive perspective. Clear about intentions. Truly grateful for this connection. I believe now, I will be ok.
Judi is great!
Judi is an absolute delight. She really is someone that you can connect to. I would recommend her for solo, or couples counseling. I truly cannot convey in words how phenomenal she is.
Judi is incredible. I know it's always hard finding that right fit for counseling, but I honestly think Judi's expertise and kind manner would honestly help everyone. I'm trying to figure out if a friend can sign up for regain specifically to meet with her---seriously, she's the best.
She does great work!!
Judi is so helpful. She is real, down to earth, nonjudgmental, open, and honest.
I’m just a few weeks she has helped us make some big changes.
She is a great person and helps me with all my mental needs
Judy has been a delight. I feel comfortable as she is objective and open minded in our conversations. I look forward to speaking with her each week as my wife and I work through our struggles.
We have been having weekly video calls with Judi for about a month. I highly recommend her services. Judi always listens with an unbiased ear and gives us great exercises to work on our marriage. Our communication and respect within the marriage has made leaps in just our first month. I’m grateful for Judi’s services.
Our experience with Judi has been Excellent.
All interactions have been professional and helpful.
She is awesome
Judi has helped me uncover feelings and memories that really help me heal and grow. She shows great compassion and is very empathic but will hold me accountable as well. I hear from her about everyday, whether to say hello or to send me a reading. She really cares how I am doing.
We're new to the process, only a few weeks in, it seems to be helping. I would like more interaction outside of our weekly video chat. I don't feel we're getting the full value at this point.
My husband and I have only met with Judi twice, but she has already made such an impact on our communication. We both leave each session with so much to say about her, and most importantly, so much confidence in what we've discussed. LOVE YOU JUDI!
Judi really cares about her clients. She’s sweet, compassionate, fair, and really listens. She will take time out of her day to help you if you’re really needing it. 100% recommend.
Judi is courteous, caring, patient, non-judgmental, uplifting, always prompt and direct and truly makes you feel like she cares, because she genuinely does.
