I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma, and I have been working in the field since 2015. I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2015. I have worked with couples with a range of concerns including poor communication, lack of trust, and a loss of interest in sex and intimacy. My approach blends techniques from cognitive-interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused therapy and solution-focused therapy, and I am always researching new evidence-based techniques. I use a collaborative problem-solving approach to help couples organize their concerns and brainstorm solutions..
I understand how difficult it is to seek help, and I'm proud of you for taking this big step. Well done!
I look forward to working with you!

Joshua is very helpful and effective and very good at taking a neutral position in couple’s therapy in order to avoid making anyone feel alienated. Easy to talk to.
Josh is sincerely the nicest human being I have ever encountered. He genuinely listens to our issues and concerns and always offers constructive ideas that could be helpful to us. He is very neutral in that he does not take sides in our issues but asks questions and helps to guide us through them. He is very attentive to our needs and very flexible with our schedule as well. I would recommend Josh to anyone.
Josh is great, understanding and insightful. Enjoyed working with him on sorting out my issues.
We have only used him for a week, but he has helped us with our marriage counseling.
Great guy. He really is helping us out a lot.
