About Me

In addition to my mental health experience, I have also specialized in assessment and best practice recommendations for managing depression, anxiety, and daily living skills. I am a firm believer that reducing daily stress will help uncover lifespan development choices linked to your current academic; vocational and career aspirations . I enjoy talking about and brainstorming life-skills training; existential issues; and how people create or assign meaning to their personal history and life events...until you find what best works for you! My work with kids and adolescents has kept me young at heart, very playful and I believe....very funny! Just some additional things to consider if you chose to work with me. :)

Written by H.A. on Jan 06, 2021 after counseling with Joseph for 1 month on issues concerning relationship

Joseph is a very methodical therapist my partner and I find each session incredibly helpful. Thus far it’s been working very well and I can feel the positive effects in our daily lives.
