Relationships are a commitment that provides many challenges. Working through these challenges is often a smoother process with an outside individual helping improve communication at the other’s needs. To improve relationships satisfaction, I believe in a solution-focused mindset that allows each couple to reach their personal goals. I have a masters degree in mental health counseling which has allowed me to become a licensed mental health counselor. I also have over a decade of experience in education which has provided me the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The majority of my experience lies in helping individuals with career/life choices, relational issues, anxiety, and depression. However, I have had experience in many other areas.
I believe that a strong counseling relationship is developed through collaboration and developing a trust between counselor and client(s). For this reason, sessions begin in a person-centered approach where I get to know you both as individuals and a couple and understand what you value and believe in your relationship. Once we develop goals and determine how best to meet those goals, we work together one step at a time to find resources and opportunities to reach those goals.
I look forward to working with you, whether we are working to make significant life changes, or just to work through momentary experiences. We all need a helping ear, and I hope to be that for you both!

Would recommend, she’s truly a difference maker!
Jill is wonderful! So helpful!
I really appreciate Jill's personable approach to my husband and me. She's a good listener and brings things to light we probably would not have seen otherwise.
