About me

Hello and welcome to my profile! It is probably safe to say that you have visited my site because you are tired of your current pain and suffering. In addition to the pandemic, you have probably been experiencing significant relationship issues and unlike the pandemic, there is no available vaccines to protect you from further pain and suffering. Yet, help is just a phone call/key-stroke away in the form of individual, marital/relationship and family therapy! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia for almost 30 years (since 1993) working with individuals, couples and families throughout my career. Over the years, my clients have experienced an array of issues ranging from financial problems, infidelity, various addictions (including alcohol, drugs, food, pornography, sex and tobacco, etc.) and relationship conflicts resulting from boredom and sexual monotony in addition to break-ups/divorce, trauma and death. Sadly, too many of us pay more attention to the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles than we do with ourselves and our interpersonal relationships. Unlike our vehicles, we do not come with an owner’s manual, therefore, all too often, when life’s stressors occur, we desperately seek the quick fix by applying a band aid, without first identifying the problem and resolving it. Not to worry, because help is just a phone call/key-stroke away. I do not promise to have all of the answers to your particular problems, yet, I do promise to assist you in finding your answers to your particular problems. After all, you are the expert when it comes to your life and my role is to assist you in obtaining the necessary skills to find permanent solutions to your temporary problems. My initial approach is client-centered therapy, followed by cognitive behavioral therapy. Afterwards, I become very eclectic depending entirely on your specific needs at any given time. By the way, I do give homework assignments and completion is critical to your therapeutic progress. Come – take my hand and let us walk and talk together for a little while, because there is indeed a bright and shiny light at the end of your tunnel!

He seems to be very unbiased. He reads body language fairly well being that we don't meet in person. He calls both of us out when things don't make sense and stops us completely when discussions go off on tangents. I would recommend him to other couples.

He is a great listener. He hears both sides without judgement. He does not tell us what to do. He listens and advises. He doesn’t pressure us to say, feel, or do anything . He does his best, and he loves what he does. It shows.
