About Me

Hi, I am a licensed professional counselor with over 14 years experience working with young adults, parents, and families. In my private practice, I work with people with a wide range of concerns, including relationship and marital issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, as well as trauma.

I believe connecting with people is one of my greatest strengths as well as having the core belief that each individual is equipped with the ability to adapt and change. I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic, and family dynamics in my approach to counseling. Additionally, a client-centered approach and listening is key. I also believe that when you really like what you do, this shows through. I thoroughly enjoy working with couples.

I look forward to meeting with you and working together with your family.
