Jeffrey is extremely rare. He is beyond wise and has a very calming demeanor. His spiritual repertoire is very sobering. We believe as a couple we are in GREAT hands. I have even started my own individual therapy to work through my own stuff. I feel so thankful to have found such a profound human to reflect through life with.
Side note: regain app is quite problematic and inconvenient, if it wasn’t for Jeff we would not stay with the company. Please work on the tech app it has been challenging every single session for video, we have not yet had a seam less experience with it and I even got charged for a session we never had even though the app was detective.

My partner and I started seeing Jeff originally for communication help. Throughout the six months of attending sessions, he helped with it all - communication, previous trauma, energy work, helping with forgiveness, work issues, and finding love for ourselves again. He is a no crap kinda counselor who expects you to put the work, but is there to share in the joys of accomplishment with you.
My relationship and I myself have changed and can’t thank the help of Jeff enough!
Jeff is a very intelligent and deeply spiritual counselor that allows God to guide his words using the wisdom he was all ready given. He is not a “make you feel good” counselor but rather a stern, no bullshit, doesn’t let you get by with things counselor and THAT is what I love about him. When you have been through all I have been through, sweet talking does nothing. I’ve heard it ALL. Jeff makes you dig deeper, inside yourself and look at you in a mental but also spiritual way. He has helped me grow in my faith, and in me. I wouldn’t go to anyone else at this point!
We are still in the beginning of our counseling journey, but we both feel very comfortable with Jeff. He has pushed us to be uncomfortable in a good way. Allowing us to express suppressed emotions and feelings. We look forward to continuing our relationship with him.
