My approach is based on individual and family systems models through the use of cognitive behavioral and dialectical models to address young adult concerns related to identity, separation, anxiety, depression, cutting and trauma. Experience gained from working with blended, foster, nuclear and extended family systems.
I lthink that everyone gets confronted with a challenge at some time in their life, and my approach is to find out where individuals tend to get "stuck, "and allow them to identify that concern and move forward. My approach is person centered, encouraging exploration and resolution.
