Hello! So my husband and I started using Dr. Wadley a few months ago to help us sort through our marriage and help us pick up the pieces. With weekly meetings we were able to really work on our communication skills with one another and we have had amazing results thanks to Dr. Wadley. We worked on different strategies for our issues and how we could navigate through our feelings. I find myself being able to take a step back more often and really trying to understand what it is that is upsetting me in the first place, before I talk to my husband. This has lead to less fights and less tears, helping us grow a stronger marriage. We know that there are many more months ahead of practicing our new skills, but the tools that Dr. Wadley has equipped us with will help bring us a lifetime of happiness! Thank you Dr. Wadley!!
Dr Wadley has been absolutely amazing. He has made me feel validated in my feelings and helped me and my partner have conversations we never would have though to have ourselves. The communication tools he has provided are so simple yet so impactful. I would recommend him to any person or couple struggling in their relationship.
This was my first experience with therapy and Dr. Wadley was very understanding. Both my husband and I connected to him quickly which was important. He gave us tangible tools to work with and we made progress in just the first session.
He has a great approach. He is structured, but allows a large amount of room to move the conversation wherever it needs to go. He also adapts well to the information you give him. I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and willing to adjust when necessary.
Dr. Wadley is an absolutely incredible counselor. With his help, my partner (we are in the LBGTQ+ community) and I have: started communicating more efficiently, felt more connected than ever before and been able to understand and appreciate each other's perspective. Dr. Wadley provides actionable advice and the tools for a couple to successfully communicate and support one another on their own. I am so grateful for Dr. Wadley's expertise and the profound insights he has imparted to my partner and I.
Dr. Wadley, in only three sessions, has been able to open our eyes to some habits we've formed that have endangered our relationship. Truly grateful for his ability to cut through to the core issue, no matter how much of our stuff we throw at him.
Dr. Wadley is incredibly caring and very helpful
