About Me
----
I am a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience of counseling individuals who are facing a range of challenges from depression, anxiety, career/employment issues, caregiver stress and relationship concerns. My style of counseling is interactive and directive. I believe that the collaboration between the two of us is the best way to develop and meet goals.
I have been counseling couples for many years and I am objective and "don't take sides. My goal is to help couples to improve their communication and come together and get on the same page for where they want their relationship to meet each other's needs.
I use Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing and Rational Emotive Therapeutic Approaches and will make our dialogue and treatment plans to be unique and specific to your needs. The desire to change thoughts and behaviors can be challenging but the outcome of a more fulfilling life and enhanced relationships is worth it. I am here to give you support, guidance, encouragement, and empowerment. I am looking forward to us working together.

Reviews
My husband and I found our session with Iris Curry to be helpful, effective, and compassionate. We truly appreciated her ability to help us in a professional and caring manner, and highly recommend meeting with her.
I’ve felt better in one session with Ms. Curry than a month of previous therapy. Thank you!
