Ian Charnley

About Me

One of the most rewarding processes I have ever been a part of has been helping individuals and couples navigate through the relationship world. I have extensive experience on the various stages of relationships, including healthy dating, love & intimacy, sex, putting “us” back in trust (i.e. infidelity issues), break-ups/divorces, and grieving & learning from a loss of a relationship. Regardless of where each individual/couple enters into the therapeutic process, there is a common thread of wanting to be desired, wanted, and having an unconditional connection.

From my experience, not every situation is the same and is solved with a simple, “I love you.” I believe in a holistic approach to wellness in which a healthy mind, body, and soul lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. I look to strengthen the core of each individual and couple to be able to strive, not just survive, through difficult moments. I provide tools and resources for short-term and long-term growth. I attempt to break down the stereotypes of what it means to be in a relationship while helping individuals define personal goals for growth. I believe with open communication, trust, and a shared vision, anyone can have the relationship they've always been looking for.
