About Me
Hi,
Thanks for taking time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with a diverse array of clients. With over 15 years experience in the US Army I am familiar with the issues facing military families and couples. I use a client centered approach to help you achieve the goals we establish together. While I have a variety of therapeutic techniques to draw upon when working with couples I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples grow closer together by building safe, trusting healthy attachments bonds. I work with clients to develop a plan that will help them change, grow and become stronger both as individuals and as couples. I strive to offer a safe, accepting atmosphere where clients feel heard, validated and empowered.
I know from personal experience that seeking help takes both strength and courage. This is especially true for couple experiencing difficult times. I also know that by taking these first steps toward building a healthier relationship you have already tapped into a well of strength we all possess. If you are ready to take the next steps I am here to walk with you on your journey

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for George Tyger. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
George is understanding. He pushes to get you to open up at just the right moments. Feels like he can read our minds and knows when we need to say more. Great progress for us.
