About me

I am a professional Counselor licensed in the state of Arkansas. I worked for over 23 years in various inpatient and outpatient settings. For the past five years, BetterHelp has given me the opportunity to help clients on-line. I help clients with a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship issues with or without traumatic experiences among others.

My approach is a warm interactive one based mainly on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My approach is also unbiased and non-judgmental. I have helped lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people learn how to cope with and overcome their mental health challenges.
