Hello! Life events have brought you to search for support and my goal is to provide you with a safe environment to explore those events. Make sure to give yourself credit as it takes a wise person to initiate the process of change and understanding.
I have a master’s degree in counseling from the University of St. Thomas and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. From the beginning of my career I have been refining my skills as a counselor by working for non-profit organizations to private clients. My background has afforded me the ability to work with couples who have experienced extramarital affairs, lack of communication and or wish to improve intimacy. I have worked with couples to create goals that will allow them to live fuller and happier lives.
My therapeutic style involves places you at the center by helping you to arrive at insight, strategies, as well as by providing tools that you can begin using immediately to make positive change in your life. It is not just about talking but putting in the workday practicing and implementing the tools obtained during therapy sessions. By placing your needs first it allows you to manage the pace of the therapeutic process. I am here to guide you, encourage your and challenged you (when needed) in order to overcome the obstacles that stand in your way.
I understand how important it is to have the right counselor in your corner! Therefore, I always aim for my clients to feel understood, validated and a priority! If this is the type of relationship you would like to have, you have come to the right place, welcome!

Fabiola is not only attentive but compassionate. I cannot remember the last time where I had the ability to share my internal ideas and beliefs without feeling like a bad guy. She communicates but provides an ample amount of room to vocalize. Without pointing fingers, she has helped me to see my situations with a clearer mind and taught me how to better identify them to produce effective communication and action.
