Going into this I had my own idea of how it would be based of “as seen on tv” per se. But it wasn’t like that..it was more personal feeling no bias at all so the experience is phenomenal because it makes me look deep in myself and not just going in looking at what the other person did or didn’t do. There’s some stuff about me that I’ve learned and could use some change but i don’t think I would’ve realized it on my own.
Esther is great! She's patient and understanding, gives you time to open up and is there with help along the way. 10/10 would recommend.
