Hi there and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have over 15 years of experience working in MH and SA. I completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2005 and the Substance Abuse Certification program from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2006. I use a combination of Family Systems Theory, Experiential Therapy, HumanisticTherapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and work towards their ultimate potential. I meet clients where they are with no judgment. I work with couples in regaining communications and addressing areas of conflict. I focus on a strength-based approach that involves focusing on the positives and moving away from blaming behaviors and towards self-reflection. Relationships are work and sometimes an outside person is needed to rebuild your relationship and remember why you fell in love.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Wilson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Elizabeth is always there for us.
Elizabeth has been considerate, respectful, and communicable throughout sessions. She helps my partner and I understand and pinpoint what we are trying to convey to each other. It has been truly refreshing and beneficial to have her counsel for our relationship. She has helped my partner and I with communication, empathy, and validating each other. Elizabeth always stays neutral, calm and collected while also remaining friendly and having a sense of humor to lighten the mood when needed. My partner and I highly recommend her!
Elizabeth has helped us get through rough times & view our relationship in a different light. She understands us separately & as a couple & helps us with through our differences. I look forward to being able to open up to her knowing she will help walk me through my feelings & offer different solutions. Highly recommend!
My spouse and I are only a few sessions in, and are already feeling better about ourselves, and therapy as a beneficial tool for a healthy relationship. we can't wait for the next one!
Excited to be working with her.
She is understanding and works through anything we’ve come to her with
We’ve have 3 therapy sessions with Elizabeth and it’s helped the both of us through coping and understanding each other better. I felt anxious at our first appointment but have felt very relaxed opening up to her. She has helped my husband and I both communicate in a healthier manner already. We look forward to next week already.
